I’M ABOUT AS FAR FROM A ‘6-FIGURE FITNESS MENTOR’ AS YOU CAN GET
Hey, I’m Sukh Sidhu And There’s Something You Should Know About Me
I HATE The 6-Figure Fitness Mentor BS.
You know the ones –
You see their ads pop up on Facebook about how their clients are making $30,000 per month, how they only work an hour or day, or worse – they post pictures of them working on their laptop on the beach.
(Sand in the keys, anyone!?)
It’s easy to get taken it by it all – the super high-ticket coaching programs, the seemingly ‘simple’ way they teach marketing, and phrases like ‘put your business on autopilot.’
Trust me. I’ve fallen for this before. And I’ll reveal how I shamefully got conned out of thousands of pounds in just a moment.
But these guys are not fitness professionals. They are salesmen. Pure and simple.
They use dirty, dastardly, underhand tactics to lie, trick and steal your money, and then try and teach you how to do the same to your own prospective fitness clients.
Pretty shameful, huh?
But right now, I don’t want to focus on the bad that’s out there.
I want to share some good.
I’ve been lucky enough to build an online fitness business that turned over £180,000 in just 12 months.
This was hard work.
It required 7-day weeks, 16-hour days and the occasional all-nighter, none of this 1-2 hours a day the gurus say. But I tell you this to be 100% honest with you.
In truth, I made this journey far harder than it needed to be.
I made a lot of mistakes … and I mean A LOT.
But I also learned a few tips and tricks along the way. In fact, I believe I cracked the code for how to build a flourishing fitness business that regularly brings in up to 5 figures per month, without having to sell your soul, sacrifice your principles or become a ‘salesman.’
Through this page, I want to share some of that with you.
So how about we forget the ‘6 figure mentor’ garbage for a moment, and focus instead on growing YOUR online fitness business sustainably, progressively and ETHICALLY?
Personal Trainers: Are You Sick and Tired
of 5am Starts and 10pm finishes?
This is my dog Bert … and me, obviously.
My wife posted this photo on Facebook back when I owned two gyms.
She wrote about how proud she was of hard I worked.
I still remember her taking the picture.
For the 3 days in a row before it, I’d coached my first session at 6am worked through the day and coached my last session at 7.30pm. I left the house at 5am and got home at 9pm.
On the 4th day I coached at 6am again then drove home and fell asleep on the floor with my dog Bert.
I think I was playing with him and the next thing I know my wife is waking me up – it was time to go back to the gym for my evening sessions
These 16-hour days and 7 day weeks were hardly what I imagined when I decided to get into fitness.
But then again I loved it.
I adored being my own boss, being able to go to work in shorts and a t-shirt every day, and I worked with some amazing clients.
But it wasn’t long before the realisation dawned on me that something was going to have to give
Because if it didn’t I was going to break.
I was tired, I wasn’t serving my clients to the level I expected of myself and I was spending no time with my wife, my family or my friends.
It’s the same for a lot of personal trainers.
We get into fitness because we want to help people, right?
We don’t want to have a boss, to go to work in a suit, to sit in hour-long commutes every single morning and evening, to be tied into set hours, or have to ask whenever we want to take a day off.
Work starts off great.
You get your first few clients and feel amazing. You’re making a difference in people’s’ lives, you’re doing what you love, you’re working on your own terms and you’re making money.
But then comes the catch-22 situation:
You want to take on more clients, help more people (and obviously earn more money) but there are only so many hours in the day. Your life of ‘freedom’ becomes one that’s ruled by your diary, where you barely get a moment to eat, let alone find time to spend with your friends and family.
Want to go on holiday or take a break?
That’s all well and good … provided you don’t mind not making a single penny while you’re away.
And how about when your clients aren’t around?
Unless they have Olympic athlete levels of dedication, they’re going to take breaks, have to stay late at the office, their kids are going to get sick, and they’ll need to cancel sessions occasionally too.
Suddenly, that lucrative life of freedom isn’t so free … or so lucrative.
This was the main reason I had to look into taking my fitness business online.
“I Didn't ‘Know Where To Start" … The Benefits Of Taking Your Fitness Business Online Are Obvious
- Serve More People
- Stop Trading Time For Money
- Work From Anywhere In The World.
- Not Have A Fixed Schedule Or Fixed Location.
- Live The ‘Laptop’ Lifestyle.
The trouble is, it’s hard to know where to start.
Do you build an email list? Start a Facebook page? Pay for ads? Send out flyers or post in newspapers? How much tech do you need? What about a website?
The list goes on, and on, and on.
I knew about how to build a real world, offline fitness business, but when it came to online, I was a newb.
So I reached out to a well-known guru to help me do this.
I was so excited to get started. To make a real difference. Reach more people, and finally get that life of freedom that I’d been dreaming of, where I could travel, get up when I wanted, work from anywhere, but still create life-changing results for my clients.
This could be the end of our story. I’d love to tell you that’s what happened. That the program was incredible. That I scaled up quickly, learned how to reach the people I wanted to reach, and serve them fully while earning the kind of salary I’d always imaged.
Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case …
I paid $3k to a “6 figure fitpro mentor” for what I thought was going to be him coaching me and helping me build my online businesses for 3 months.
Instead I got access to a membership site that consisted of nothing but tactics for making high pressure high ticket sales.
No strategy or genuine education on creating, growing and correctly operating an online fitness business, and definitely nothing about actually helping people with my online programs.
It was just a way for me to make a high ticket sale once every few months.
Not the solid, lasting business I wanted to build.
I was $3k worse off and put off the whole “6 figure fitpro coach” crowd for life.
But it’s not just me who this happened to. Dan had exactly the same experience –
“Just wanna take a few mins to blow smoke up Sukh Sidhu skirt…. First I wanna thanks Stephan Craven who is equally as awesome for hooking me up with Sukh 🙂
After going through the whole 6 Figure Fir Pro Mentorships and basically being dry bummed out of ₤₤₤₤ and then chopping and changing business models which were really causing me more hassle then they were worth in terms of time spent and ROI I had a chat with Sukh and decided to jump on board his Online Fitness Business course…
BEST DECISION EVER Went from almost zero clients due to the indecisiveness of my model to this
In just 4 weeks… It is safe to say that with a ababy on the way I’m 100% feeling much better about my future in terms of business…
Don’t wanna be one of these has been athletes that’s still playing when he’s 40 years old just to put food on the table… Althought I would, it’s just not how I see the future for me and my family…
Thanks Buddy, If any of you guys are struggling or have been, get in like NOW”
This was exactly the kind of thing I did NOT want to do.
The idea of astronomically raising your prices for no good reason made my skin crawl.
I loathed the fact the whole mantra was to squeeze as much cash out of every client as you could.
I didn’t want to do high-pressure sales.
Heck – I didn’t really want to do sales calls, period.
I could see just how many trainers were being conned out of their hard-earned cash, then sold a dream, but weren’t getting the service they deserved.
I knew something had to change …
The Reluctant Mentor
I knew something had to change …
I never set out wanting to be a mentor, consultant or coach – whatever you call it.
My goal had always been to build my own online fitness business and help as many people as possible.
And, despite my less than ideal start, I began to manage this on my own. I threw aside the sleazy sales scripts, came to terms with the fact I’d just been burned for several thousand pounds, got my head down and studied hard to learn what it took to quickly build my coaching program.
And I did pretty well.
6 months in, I’d generated £60,000.
And at the end of the first year, I’d taken £180,000 in client revenue.
That was without the whole high-pressure sales tactics, the ridiculously high fees, and without even spending a whole lot on Facebook ads.
What’s more, the system seemed to work time and time again.
Don’t get me wrong, I made my fair share of mistakes, and tried a lot that didn’t work. But once I’d figured out the ‘secret code’ of online fitness marketing, it became reliable and repeatable.
In fact, several times I had to stop running ads. I was that busy with new clients coming in, I simply couldn’t keep up with demand.
And the thing is, what I was doing was incredibly simple.
I don’t want to create the illusion that it wasn’t a lot of work – it was – but honestly, there was nothing overly technical, it didn’t require pro-level copywriting abilities, a lot of marketing experience, or much more than a couple of hours a day.
People kept asking me how I was managing it.
They were spending hundreds a week on ads …
Struggling in the ultra competitive world of online fitness …
Scratching their head with tech issues …
Desperately wanting to break free, but just not able to make it sustainable.
The vast majority were victims of what I call –
The Feast and Famine Cycle
One month they’d pick up 5 or 6 clients, keep the ones they had and pocket £1,000, £2,000 – maybe even £3,000 from online coaching.
The next month?
Not even a sniff of a lead. And what’s worse – they lost clients and barely scraped enough to justify paying for ads, or the hours and hours a day they were spending posting content on social media and writing emails – let alone the actual time spent coaching clients.
You might have experienced the same.
One month you hardly seem to try, the clients flow in, and you think this is finally IT.
The next, everything quiets down, and you wonder how the hell you’re going to get clients.
This is very, very normal.
But it’s also fixable.
What was so different about the way I ran my online fitness business (aside from the fact I obviously didn’t do the high-pressure sales) was that it was consistent.
It grew steadily month on month.
I didn’t experience the feast and famine cycle.
There were ups and downs, sure, but on the whole, I could predict my income a good few months in advance.
I knew if I needed more clients, I simply put a little extra into my ads, reached out in a very specific way to some ex-clients, ran one of my popular referral schemes, or just strategically posted the right type of content in the right places.
And hey presto – clients!
It wasn’t magic, it wasn’t voodoo, and it certainly wasn’t hit and miss.
I guess people noticed that I was a little different to your typical online fit pro, and so they started to ask me questions –
“Sukh, how do you get clients?”
“Sukh, how do you keep clients?”
“Sukh, what’s the secret?”
“Sukh, what sales scripts do you use?”
I say this not to try and impress anyone, merely to represent that my ‘anti-guru’ method that completely bucked the trend, and was generating interest.
Everyone I helped seemed to start seeing success.
And I put that down to this:
The 4-Step System to A Successful Online Fitness Business the ‘Gurus’ Don’t Want You to Know.
Through my thousands of hours of studying how to build a sustainable, scalable, profitable online fitness business, I discovered there are 4 key elements to getting where you want to be, as fast as (ethically) possible.
You DON’T need to be a tech wizard.
You DON’T need to master the art of ‘sales.’
You DON’T need to spend thousands on a fancy website, a professional copywriter or hiring an ads expert.
All You Need Is The 4 Elements:
Ever find yourself stuck for what to post?
Not knowing which platforms to use? How often you should post? Whether you need to give away your best stuff for free? How much you should help without giving away too much? Whether you need to learn copywriting or just write from the heart?
I hear you.
It’s not easy to master copywriting and content.
If I could give you one piece of advice, it would be this –
It sounds incredibly boring, but it’s crucial.
Even if people aren’t liking, commenting and engaging with you right now, they are watching, and what they want is consistency.
Consistent posting creates top of mind association.
You become the go-to guy or girl in your network, and when people are ready, they’ll come to you … if you’ve been posting consistently.
Oh – and write from the heart. I guess that’s two pieces of advice, but they’re equally important.
Uh-oh … the dreaded technology!
The very word sends shivers down some folks’ spines. (Mine included.)
The thing is, tech doesn’t have to be complicated. You need a basic understanding of certain apps and pieces of software, but you don’t need to be the illegitimate lovechild of Bill Gates and a NASA scientist to bring in 5 figures per month with an online fitness business.
The biggest mistake I made in my own business?
Not having a plan in place, and thinking that a business strategy could come later.
This was a huge blunder on my part, and one I massively regret now. I missed out on so many potential clients, and left so much money on the table by not tackling this right at the very start.
To some, marketing is a dirty word.
They picture seedy second-hand car salesmen, telesales people try to con old folks out of their pension money, or high-powered execs and consultants on Madison Avenue.
The truth is, none of these are what you need for your fitness business.
You just need a basic understanding of content marketing, branding, paid online advertising, and offline advertising.
Once you understand these, your success is guaranteed.
Now, I don’t want you to get the wrong end of the stick.
I don’t want to create the impression that this is easy …
That no work will be involved …
That clients will be queueing up to work with you from day 1 …
Or that in 6 weeks time, you’ll be on the beach, one hand clutching a mojito, the other tapping out ‘cut your carbs by 50g’ or ‘do some burpees’ on a laptop.
But I do want to impress that learning these 4 elements, and practicing them means that you know all you need to know to start, grow and scale an online fitness business.
Just check out Jack who started doing all these, and in just less than 3 months, has gone from zero clients to having worked with over 20 new clients.
WARNING This is Not for the Quick Fix Crowd
If you’re still reading, I’m guessing this warning won’t apply to you.
You’re probably as sick and tired of the ‘6 figure fitness mentor’ thing as I am.
But I want to make it absolutely clear that what I’m about to show you is absolutely NOT intended as a quick fix.
Can you make 6 figures as an online coach?
Absolutely. I’ve done it (and still do) and some of the guys and girls I’m helping are pulling in 5 figures per month.
But the whole idea of 6-figures being the benchmark, or the holy grail is just plain stupid.
If you follow the system I’m about to outline, I have every confidence you can scale your business to £100,000 per year within the next 12-18 months. But that’s not necessarily my aim.
My aim is for you to have a business that pays you very well, but also delivers a first-class service to your clients.
I want you to make good money, but not have to take on a huge team of staff, end up being more of a manager than a coach, or have to give a hefty chunk of your income to the government every year, as you sweat over paying your extortionate tax bill.
If that huge team, the admin issues, the massive ad spend, and the equally enormous tax bill is what you want, this is NOT for you.
IT’S ALSO NOT FOR YOU IF YOU
- Enjoy finding out how much money you can squeeze out of every single client.
- LOVE to get deep into the technical side of things.
- Want to 10x your rates for no good reason other than you want to make more money.
- Have £10,000+ to spend on paid advertising and copywriting services.
- See online coaching as your fast-track to riches.
But if these aren’t your bag (and my guess is, if you’ve
got this far, then they’re not) here’s what I have for you …
OFB (Online Fitness Business) is my non-guru course designed specifically for fitpros who want to honestly and ethically build a 5-figure per month online coaching business.
Like I said, this isn’t a magic pill solution, and you will have to be consistent and put it some work. (Around 1-2 hours per day to begin, then 30 minutes per day after that.)
My Aim With This Was To Create A Course That
- Worked. Period. Results are first and foremost, and I designed this with your results, success and happiness as top priority.
- Had an ethical approach to sales. I HATE high-pressure sales, and if I’m honest, I’d rather not even have to get on the phone with people. That’s why OFB is set up so you get clients purely through online means.
- Took only 1-2 hours per day for the first 4 weeks, then 30-minutes per day after that. I don’t believe in having to post content constantly, or spending your whole life on social media. Get in, post great content, get out and carry on enjoying life.
- Gets you the clients you want. Everything is set up so you only attract your ideal clients. No more working with 60-year old rehab clients if you just want to teach people to get jacked, or vice versa, and definitely no more time-wasters and tire-kickers.
- Teaches skills that are transferrable to any industry.
- I love fitness the same as you. But you know what’s cool?
- Learning basic copywriting, marketing and advertising skills, and knowing that with these, you have the power to build a highly successful business in any industry, if at some stage, you decide that protein and press ups aren’t for you anymore.
- Did NOT rely on algorithms or tech changes. So many courses are based around the latest technology and social media algorithms.
That’s great … until they change, and then you’re back at square one. What you’ll learn in OFB will last forever, as it’s based on human emotion and psychology, NOT some fancy hack that will be outdated and defunct in 3 months time.
- Is sustainable and profitable. There are 2 BIG problems with most online coaches –
1) They get their first 10 clients and think they’re on to great things. Then, when the initial buzz has died down, they find it impossible to pick up any more, and eventually those initial clients drop off, and they’re right back where they started.
2) They get clients, but they spend so much on marketing, that they’re at break even.OFB navigates BOTH these issues, so you not only get clients and keep them, but also increase your client base over time without having to dig deep to finance expensive ads.
- Didn’t require high-level tech skills. Because who wants to have to learn coding, web design and pixeling at the same time as learning marketing!?
Here’s What You Actually Get…
The OFB course is spread over 4 weeks, and covers everything you need to know to start getting your ideal clients, growing your business, and scaling to the point where you’re making a very good income online.
here’s What We’ll Cover
- Figuring out who you want to work with and how to speak to them
- Researching your audience so you know where they’re at and what they want
- Audience building and prepping (making them want to buy from you)
- Copywriting so you never struggle for clients again
- This includes templates of sales pages, opt-in pages, Facebook ads, emails and Facebook posts, so you don’t even need to be super creative yourself, and can just take what’s working and tweak it to your own voice.
- The simplest and cheapest way to ensure you have all the right software to make getting and working with clients easy for you and ensuring the user experience for your client is seamless too
- Includes app walkthroughs and downloadable templates of all the spreadsheets and documents you’d ever need to coach clients online
- Getting your first group of clients without spending a penny on marketing
- Business Models – Which one’s right for you
- How to decide your pricing
- Onboarding process – how to blow your new clients away with immediacy and setup a simple system for getting new clients on board
- Programming and delivery of your services
- Using psychology to improve client adherence and retention
- Building micro communities so people never want to leave
- Using free challenges to build your business
- How to deliver a low-mid ticket group programme that doesn’t take up more than 20 minutes of your day
- How to deliver more individual / higher priced services that still doesn’t take up much more than 20 minutes of your day
- Systemising – there will always be work to be done, but we systemise a lot
- Upselling – How to move people from free to paid or paid to higher paid
Sales / Consultation Calls and process including scripts that I still use now, if you’ve warmed up your audience like I teach you and use the script I give you, you’ll be closing 8/10 calls you jump on. IF you even need to do calls. There will be no hard selling or high pressure selling tactics that’s not what I’m about, I’ll show you my client centric style of selling
- Content Marketing
- Creating content for different social media platforms
- Offline marketing
- Paid marketing
- Facebook advertising and creating an automated marketing system that removes you as the bottleneck in your business and means you don’t have to be online 24/7 for people to buy from you
In a nutshell – How to take leads from stone cold to buying whenever you ask them to with minimum spend, including real ad examples of what’s working right now.
When you sign up to the Online Fitness Business course, the above modules are delivered weekly, via a private membership site, over a period of 4 weeks.
Why 4 weeks?
Well, because that’s the amount of time it takes to start seeing real growth (and revenue) in your online business.
But, unlike other courses which force you to get everything done in this short time span, I will give you access for life.
That means if you’re super busy, if life ‘stuff’ happens, if you get stuck at any point, or you just find time slips away with you, there’s no pressure to do a rush job and skip any step.
Like I said, my main goal for this is YOUR SUCCESS.
That’s why, along with the private membership site, you also get exclusive access to a private OFB students Facebook group for the whole 4 weeks of modules.
I will be in there daily, responding to questions, answering queries, helping you out, critiquing, and basically being your second pair of eyes to make sure everything you’re doing is setting you up to get results.
Before You Decide,
Let Me Shower You with Bonuses
Despite the fact OFB is half the price of most fitness business courses, and packs at least double the value, I didn’t feel that was enough.
Building an online business is hard, and there are so many conmen, charlatans and self-proclaimed gurus out there, I know how hard it is to trust someone like me when they say they can help you make money and deliver an amazing service online.
That’s why I wanted to show you that I truly care about your results, so am adding in:
You can have all the tech knowledge, all the marketing knowhow, and all the ad spend in the world, but if you don’t know the basic business fundamentals of entrepreneurship, you’ll always struggle to get traction, get clients and make sales. We take care of that here.
Guests include copywriting experts, top nutritionists and trainers, Instagram experts, sales experts, branding experts, PR experts, Facebook marketing experts, video creation and more.
You get all these for free as an OFB student.
If Facebook changes its algorithm later down the line …
If some amazing new form of marketing comes out …
If I discover a new way of getting clients that works better than anything else …
… you will know about it.
As long as the course is running, students new and old will be kept in the loop and current, so you always have your finger on the pulse and never struggle for clients.
As much as I’ve tried to cover every possible aspect of running a successful, profitable online fitness business, chances are you’ll want to know something that isn’t addressed 100%.
And I like to be accountable for that.
So every 2 weeks, we have a group webinar Q&A where I answer your questions, troubleshoot any issues, help and advise on how to move forward, and share what’s working best in the world of online marketing right now.
Here’s where you get daily support and personal help, plus coaching and accountability. (This alone is worth £38)
And finally, best of all…
You know how most ‘experts’ charge between £250 and £2,000 for their live events?
I think that sucks.
When you invest in OFB, you get lifetime free access to every single live event I’ll be running. Here’s how it works –
Every 90 days we get together as a group and get shit done, you can come to as few or as many as you want, they’re some of the most powerful days you can attend for getting in person support and direction for your business.
We have some expert speakers, students are hot seated to find out where they’re at and then you get shit done with me and my team there with you to help you.
No one (and I repeat – NO ONE) but OFB students will be allowed to come to these events.
Invest this one time, and you get all these for life.

Alas, Our Time Is Almost Up…
There’s not much more I can say about OFB.
You’re smart enough to know whether this is right for you or not.
All I’ll say is this –
There are lots of tactics you could try.
You could keep wasting hours posting content on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. You could try starting an email list. You could plunge £££ into Facebook ads, and you could watch every Gary Vee video under the sun.
And would you get anywhere?
Maybe … maybe not.
Some people seem to do okay, despite not having any kind of strategy in place.
And that’s cool. Just like some people build muscle and get lean without counting their macros, logging their food, or having any kind of structured workout plan.
But it’s a shot in the dark at best.
If you want a proven blueprint, with all the support and accountability you could ever wish for, with me – a guy who’s actually been there and done it without a huge ad spend or any ‘gift of the gab’ when it comes to sales – right there in your corner, you know what to do.
PS. Still not sure?
I hear you.
So instead of taking my word for it, why don’t you listen to what these guys have to say:
PPS. I just want to make this clear –
OFB is not for everyone.
If you want a course that promises a 6-figure business in 6 weeks, or shows you how to extract every last penny from clients by preying on their vulnerability, I am NOT your guy.
You’ll need to work hard.
You’ll need to use what I teach you ethically.
You need to actually be able to coach and train clients.
You don’t need to have a particular approach to fitness. You can be a macro-counter, clean-eater, Paleo-er, CrossFitter, vegetarian, bodybuilder, or specialise in training older folks.
Quite frankly, I don’t care how you get your clients results.
I just need tot know that you truly have their best interests at heart, and as well as making good money, also want to make an impact.
If that’s you, click below:
A) Over the 4 weeks – around 1 hour per day. After that, as little as 20-30 minutes per day.
A) Don’t be.
I’m terrible with tech, and will outsource as much as possible. But even I get by okay with what’s needed for OFB, and anything you need to learn, I teach you.
Think about it – in-person coaching is great. But you’re always limited on not just what you earn, but when you work too.
Most of us would need to do those horrid early starts, the draining late finishes, work weekends, and have a lot of deadtime in the day.
Plus you’re confined by location.
With online, while you may not earn as much money per client, none of the above are barriers.
Let’s say you charge £150 per client, per month. To make £3,000 per month you’d need 20 clients. That’s something that’s achievable in the next 4-6 months.
20 people out of 7 billion in the world?
That’s not a lot.
Plus, working on your own terms gives you so much more freedom to work from wherever you want, whether that’s your home office, your bed, the local coffee shop, or a tropical island somewhere – the choice is yours.
A) Positive. Scout’s honour.
A) Good question.
I guess because my own method with this is not to get rich quick. I know that what we charge is a lot less than this course is worth.
But I’m okay with that.
See, I’d rather have hundreds of happy students who’ve got results, and are happy to recommend me to their friends and colleagues, and who choose to stay in the group and coming to events for life, than a few guys and girls paying ridiculously high fees, then feeling scared, pressured and under the cosh.
I’ve been there, done it, and helped others build their online coaching business too.
I like to think I have a solid track record.
But I’ll let you make that judgement for yourself.
A) You can work with whoever you want.
I guarantee no other coach worth their salt has a program as comprehensive as this that will put you in profit from signing up just one client.
I’ve also tried a lot of other mentoring programs (and spent tens of thousands of £££ in the process) and know there are elements here that you won’t find in any of those.
A) Not really.
I’d love for you to join us in OFB, but I’m not going to beg and plead, or twist your arm with false promises.
You know whether you’re a good fit for OFB or not.
I’ll leave the final decision up to you …
